Refund policy
Lucky Khoon Bathroom Studio aims to provide a happy and pleasant shopping experience for all of our customers, we do understand that sometimes the product is not able to fit or require a different model of product. Please contact our sales or customer service for exchanges on case by case basis, change of mind returns are not allowed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not installed and in its original packaging undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at accounts@luckykhoon.com.sg or contact your sales representative. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Includes original packaging & product in like-new condition - any returned product(s) must be returned with any original packaging, and in the condition which the product(s) arrived. If your return is accepted, we will issue an exchange.
Lucky Khoon Bathroom Studio may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued to the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
