1. About these terms

luckykhoon.com.sg is operated by Lucky Khoon Bathroom Studio ("we", "us", "our"), 1 Kaki Bukit Road 1, #01-01 Enterprise One, Singapore 415934. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, introduce malicious code, scrape content or submit false information.

3. Products and information

We try to describe and display products accurately. Colours and finishes may look different on screen. Dimensions and specifications come from manufacturers and may change without notice. Please confirm measurements, cut-outs, gas type and site requirements with us or your contractor before ordering.

4. Prices, packages and promotions

  • All prices are in Singapore dollars.
  • Prices, promotions and stock may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
  • Package, bundle and purchase-with-purchase (PWP) prices apply only when all items in the deal are bought together in the same order.
  • "Was" or usual prices shown refer to the regular selling price of the items.
  • Promotions are valid only for their stated period and while stocks last, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and arrange delivery or collection. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any amount paid, if:

  • The product is unavailable or discontinued;
  • There is an obvious error in the price or product information; or
  • We suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction.

Some products may be sold on pre-order or back-order. Estimated lead times are given in good faith and may change due to supplier delays outside our control.

6. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

7. Delivery, exchanges and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

8. Warranty

Products come with the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and terms are set by each brand. Warranty claims are usually handled directly by the brand's service centre, and we are happy to help you contact them. Warranties generally do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, water quality or wear and tear. Keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

9. Installation

Installation is not included unless stated in your order. If you use your own contractor, you are responsible for making sure the product is installed correctly and in line with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations. Gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas service worker.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore law, including the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use, delay to renovation works or contractor costs; and
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our brand partners and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Personal data

Our use of your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
