This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Khoon Bathroom Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit luckykhoon.com.sg, visit our showrooms, or buy from us, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Personal data we collect

  • Contact and order details: Your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, order history and communications with us.
  • Payment details: Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at our site and how you use it, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
  • Enquiry details: Information you give us in the showroom, by WhatsApp, email or enquiry forms, such as your project details, floor plans and product preferences.

2. How we use your personal data

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, exchanges and warranty claims.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotations.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
  • To understand how our site is used and improve it.
  • To send you promotions and updates, where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store (Shopify Privacy Policy).
  • Payment providers, delivery partners and installers who fulfil your order.
  • Brands and their service centres, for warranty and servicing.
  • Our customer relationship management, messaging and email tools.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, including Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Authorities or professional advisers where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA.

4. Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies and pixels to run the site, measure performance and show you relevant ads on other platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences here: Google, Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Marketing

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and we respect the Do Not Call Registry for calls and SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including warranty support and legal requirements such as keeping business and accounting records (generally 5 years). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete some services, such as delivering an order. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Protecting your data

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
