My renovation is delayed. Can I buy now and deliver later?

Yes. In fact, we recommend it to lock in current prices and ensure stock availability. We provide free warehousing and will hold your items until your site is ready to receive them.

Do I need to check the technical specs with my contractor first?

It is best to have your specs so our specialist will be able to best advise the matching products for you. You can also bring your floor plan or your ID's contact details to the showroom. We will check the requirements for you to ensure everything fits.

Who handles the installation?

We do have installation services if you require! Or your contractor or Interior Designer's team will handle the installation during the renovation works. We provide them with the technical data sheets and drawings to ensure they install it correctly.

What happens if a product is faulty?

You call us directly. You don't have to chase a ghost seller, we have an in-house technical team to handle servicing and warranty claims.

What if I accidentally buy the wrong size?

It happens. If your ID changes the carpentry measurements or a pipe is in the wrong place, bring the item back in its original undamaged packaging and uninstalled product. We will help you exchange it for a model that fits.

Are your products approved for use in HDBs and Condos?

Yes. We only stock products that meet Singapore’s strict regulations. Our water fittings are WELS-rated (PUB approved) and our electrical appliances carry the Safety Mark.

Do you offer package deals or bulk discounts?
